1. Our TOP tip - make a routine, write it down and keep it where you will see it often!! Being able to read off everything you need to do when there's so much else going on during those busy mornings really does help.
2. Prep as much as you can the night before. Pack lunches, set out clothes, fill up water bottles. If there's anything you can do ahead of time, do it!
3. Figure out your pain points and eliminate them. Keep a basket of shoes, hats and gloves by the door so they're easy to find.
4. And finally, do the same thing every morning. Routine, routine, routine!
